The food was tasty and satisfying, and the rooms had heaters, which you really need in the chilly weather at around 2500 meters. We had an affordable package that included breakfast and dinner, so it was good value. The location is excellent, close to the Auli ropeway. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Auli.

The view was the best I’ve ever seen. The staff were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and the service was excellent. Our room was on the small side, but cozy, and the view made it worth it. There was hot water 24x7. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, though lunch from the menu was a little expensive. The chair lift was only a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Just keep in mind there are lots of steps to get to the hotel, so it won’t suit anyone who can’t climb stairs.

The staff were polite, understanding, and reliable, and they quickly handled our luggage on the stairs. There’s also convenient parking. The heated rooms and continuous hot water were a lifesaver in the cold, and everything was clean, hygienic, and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of delicious options. The resort felt safe and solidly built. It’s right beside the Auli chairlift, so there’s no trek up or down to reach it. I highly recommend it.

We spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. The Jain food was really tasty, and everything provided went beyond what we expected. All the staff were helpful and cooperative. We’d love to come back.
