Raja deserves a mention for keeping everything running so smoothly and treating us like family. The rest of the staff were just as kind and helpful, always willing to handle our requests. We reached in the evening and check-in was quick. Our room had lovely views of the snow-covered mountains, and it was spacious and comfortable. The room heater and built-in bed heater kept us cozy, while there was always enough hot water in the bathroom. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and nicely situated. We enjoyed the buffet, with plenty of choices, and the mocktails and cocktails were refreshing and well made. We had a wonderful stay at Tathastu Maitri Ski Resort. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.

The complimentary food had lots of choice and tasted great. We also felt very welcome thanks to the friendly staff, who were always happy to help. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, a good place to unwind after taking in the fresh, peaceful air and incredible mountain scenery. The sunset over the mountains was especially beautiful. It was a lovely stay, with comfort, great service, and natural beauty all together.

Negi ji and Anjali at reception welcomed us and helped with our itinerary. Ajay Hk arranged a vehicle for Auli, Saurabh served us warmly in the restaurant, and Raja took good care of our food. The hospitality was great, and the tasty food and mountain views made the stay really good. Our room was clean and warm, and the location was perfect. One thing to improve: the food is on the expensive side, and the dining area doesn’t really match the hotel and restaurant. That needs attention.

Celebrating Lohri around the bonfire became a lovely memory for our family. The staff also gave us helpful guidance on the best nearby places, which made getting around easy. They were polite, supportive, and ready to help throughout. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well kept, with breathtaking mountain views. The food was fresh and delicious, with a good range of options. In winter, the bed heater was a real help and made our stay comfortable. A cozy, peaceful place for a memorable trip! 🏔️✨

The food at Maitri Resort was freshly made, delicious, and had plenty of choice, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. It tasted homely and satisfying. We also found the staff very polite and ready to help, and their hospitality made the stay more pleasant. Set in a peaceful part of Joshimath, the resort has beautiful mountain views and fresh air. The calm atmosphere was great for relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the basic amenities we needed. I’d happily come back and recommend Maitri Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet stay in Joshimath.
