Angel House

It was the worst experience I've had. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and people nearby should know this place isn't suitable for weddings or other gatherings. They don't seem to understand hospitality, and the chefs were so unprofessional they couldn't even cook basic Indian food. The pool wasn't clean and the rides weren't working. Just a terrible experience.

We stayed one night and enjoyed it. The rooms are large, the staff are helpful, and the poolside rooms have a great view of the big swimming pool. The restaurant is also poolside, so dinner can be relaxing. There are big open areas around the hotel to walk around.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Nagar-Pune and Sholapur-Dhule highways. The food is good, and there’s a fitness club and swimming pool.

The front desk interaction left us with a bad impression of the hotel's hospitality. The receptionist came across as dismissive, arrogant, and unprofessional, with an unnecessary ego. Our stay last night was disappointing because of that behavior. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on guest relations.
