The food was average, and service felt inconsistent. Some staff were helpful, while others could've been more attentive and welcoming. Better communication would make a noticeable difference. The room was small, especially with luggage, but functional enough for a short stay. Cleanliness and maintenance were acceptable. There were water problems at certain times, causing some inconvenience, though they weren't constant. It's an okay option for a short or budget-conscious stay, but the water, service, room comfort, and food could all be better.

The person at the desk was cooperative and cheerful, and room service was good. The hotel is very close to Chandni Chowk, just opposite the Old Delhi Railway Station parking gate, though Uber still can't find it. We stayed for two nights. The only downside we noticed was many rates running around in the ceiling at night.

We paid about ₹3,500 through MMT for a suite, but were given an economy room instead. The AC didn’t work, and the staff offered no help. For that price, it really wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The staff at the desk and the service were good, and the room was clean. We paid Rs 3200 for a Deluxe Room, close enough to walk to Old Delhi Railway Station. But there was no ventilation, and the mattress felt poor quality. Phone calls kept dropping because there was no mobile network in the room. The bedside night lamp shone straight into your eyes, so it wasn’t useful. There was a lot of noise, and the corridor wasn’t clean.

The rooms are tiny, and there’s no parking. It’s on the first floor of a busy, dirty main road, with no easy way to reach reception from ground level or get a cab to the hotel. Hot water also isn’t available around the clock. I wouldn’t recommend it.
