The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious, and the dinners I had there a few times were wonderful too. I stayed five days and found the location very convenient. Staff were welcoming and responsive, handling every request promptly. Good value for a business hotel. I'd stay again.

Rahul, who served us in the dining area, was excellent and deserves to work somewhere with a better manager. The front office team and a couple of F&B staff were good and made us feel comfortable. The location is good, so it could work for a short stay if you're willing to adjust. Our supposed 'Club rooms' with a view had dusty, unmaintained windows and mediocre amenities. The food was just a low-budget spread, not exceptional. The F&B manager first agreed to let our large group have an externally ordered meal in the dining area, then told us off for doing so. That awkward confrontation left us with a sour experience when he could have made it pleasant.

I stayed three nights with my family, and the staff were great, especially Aakash Gupta and the kitchen staff at breakfast. But my room phone, which I reported at check-in, still hadn't been fixed by checkout, which was very inconvenient. The shower water was also too cold, and complaining made no difference.

On my first solo trip to India, I found this hotel a solid, wallet-friendly choice. The location felt safe compared with some other Delhi hotels, my room was genuinely clean, and the staff were easygoing. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, good hotel.
