The one positive was that the staff were somewhat polite. Everything else was disappointing. The hotel is isolated in a back alley, reached by a road that goes past a waste disposal site. The alley is too narrow and there’s no parking. My first room had a broken lock. After an argument, I was moved to another room, but it wasn’t clean. The bathroom was in bad shape and the water pressure was terrible. They didn’t provide a water bottle or clean towel, so you had to ask at reception, and there was no toothpaste either.

The staff behaved really well, and I got great service. Rooms were clean and had all the facilities. A good experience at one of the best budget hotels in Lucknow.

The room was in really bad shape, and the toilet was very dirty. Management needs to take care of basic cleaning and maintenance. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had in Lucknow, and it wasn’t worth the money. Avoid it.
