There’s no pantry or restaurant and no breakfast. The toiletries are very poor quality, and the hotel stinks. It’s a horrible, dirty property: old rooms are stained throughout, the bedsheets and towels are dirty, most plug points are broken, and the room is full of mosquitos. Street dogs are all around the entrance. Please don’t choose this hotel.

The location felt very shady, hygiene was poor everywhere, and room service took hours to arrive. The staff didn’t seem to know what to clean or how to clean it. I can’t see how this is a 3 star hotel; the facilities and staff seemed like a cheap local lodge. Worst hotel experience ever. The receptionist/hotel manager DEEPAK was very rude and unhelpful after I confirmed the booking, even though he was polite before the confirmation.

I had a confirmed booking, but the manager still refused to give me a room. It was a waste of time and felt like an insult to customers. The management was pathetic, the staff irresponsible, and there was no basic sense of hospitality. If the hotel can’t manage a simple room allotment, it should stop accepting bookings.

The room was in very poor condition and didn’t match the pictures. There was a hole in the door that let people outside see into the room, and the lock didn’t work, so anyone could enter. Despite repeated requests, we got no hot water, and the AC was broken, leaving the room suffocating. Red stains and marks on the carpet made it extremely dirty and unhygienic.

For an emergency, you could stay here, but the hotel doesn’t provide proper services. I wouldn’t call it a business-class hotel; it seems more suitable for couples. Our room was clean, but the washroom lock didn’t work and there was no hot water. The rates are high for the quality of service.
