Sheraton New Delhi

The one thing I'd improve is the speed of service. A little quicker response would make Sheraton, Saket (New Delhi) hard to beat in hospitality. Still, the welcoming staff and the property's aesthetics and ambience made a strong impression from the moment I arrived. It was also nice to see guests from different countries enjoying their stay, which speaks to the hotel's international appeal and standards. A highly recommended experience.

I keep coming back to the Sheraton when I'm in Delhi. The hotel is well maintained, has fine restaurants, and the staff are consistently professional, hospitable, and respectful, going out of their way to make each stay memorable. I especially recommend Kaya Kalp. I've had massages, haircuts, and pedicures there many times and have always left satisfied. It's pristine and peaceful, and the professional, experienced spa team makes it easy to relax. Mr. Parvinder, who oversees the spa, treats customers like family and is accommodating about their needs. The therapists are well trained; I love a deep tissue massage followed by a steam bath. Thanks to Mr. Parvinder and the staff for all the wonderful time I've spent there.

The food and service meet true five-star expectations, and the staff were attentive, polite, and professional throughout, making the stay hassle-free. Sheraton New Delhi has comfortable rooms, well-kept facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere. A good South Delhi choice for business or leisure.
