I had to find somewhere else to stay at three times the price of my Cleartrip booking after Shelly Home Stay turned out to be closed. Cleartrip had confirmed it and issued a voucher for 23rd Septemebr 2023, but I couldn't locate the property at the provided address, Road no. 77 Punjabi Bagh. There was no house number, and the road is 400 meters long. After finishing work around 7 pm, I checked Google Maps, which placed it at road no. 41, again without a house number. It wasn't there either. I explained this to a Cleartrip agent, who kept me on hold for a long time. I was out on a Delhi road at night trying to find another place when the agent said Cleartrip would check whether the property was closed. They later confirmed that it was. This was a gross example of inefficiency and public fraud.

I booked through OYO, but the hotel refused to give me a room at the low price shown there. They demanded extra money, and when I wouldn't pay, said they wouldn't honor OYO's quoted price. The management's treatment of customers was awful, and the service and behavior were very, very bad. Never choose this hotel.

A terrible place to stay. The room and washroom were dirty, there were mosquitoes, and the service was poor.

For a peaceful stay, this was the best place. Manager Mr Rahul was kind and humble, and treated us very kindly.
