Click Hotel Aurangabad

The staff were so helpful and polite during our three nights at Click Aurangabad. When the basin pipe leaked, they arranged to have it replaced, and they brought the water bottles and hand towels we requested. They even packed breakfast for us to take on our early morning train. The restaurant food was yummy, and there was a varied breakfast buffet each day. We’ll definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was a waste of time, and the service was just as disappointing. We complained more than once about the room, but the staff did nothing to fix anything. The washroom was unacceptable: the flush barely worked and the broken bathroom door took full force to open or close. The room itself was filthy, with no proper linen and no attention to cleanliness. Customer service was basically nonexistent. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Don’t stay here if basic hygiene, comfort, or service matter to you. Strongly not recommended.

The breakfast was awesome, and room service was excellent. We checked in last night and the staff were very cooperative, even serving us whatever amenities they could in the middle of the night. The staff we met in the morning were welcoming and cordial too.

The crew handled us well, and the food was excellent quality. Staff behaviour and customer handling were top notch. Maintenance, room service, and staff behaviour all get 7/7 from me. The bathroom and wellness kit gets 6/7 because the dental kit was missing, and it would be nice if they added one. Food gets 7/7, or 10/10 if breakfast had fresh juice with sugar and sugar-free options. Noise gets 6/7.
