I completed my booking a day ahead, but when I arrived they said it wasn't confirmed and there was no room for me. After some arguing, they gave me a room, though the service was slow. The bathroom and toilet weren't clean. Breakfast was included in my booking, but they denied it at first and only agreed to provide it after more arguments. They should remember, Atithi Devo Bhav... .

I paid in advance for a four-night reservation, but at check-in they told me I could stay only one night. They also refused the dinner that was clearly included in my booking. This was a very negative reservation experience, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

The hotel smelled of cigarettes everywhere, and there was no elevator. My room was very dirty, with uncleaned bedding, dirty sheets and pillows, and fungus in the bathroom. Worst hotel.

After traveling to the hotel, I found out the staff said they had no record of my confirmed online reservation and had stopped taking online bookings. They hadn't called, messaged, or told me beforehand, which caused a lot of inconvenience. My experience with FabHotel was very bad and the service felt completely unreliable. Don't book through FabHotel if you want peace of mind.

The location was very nice, and the hotel was excellent. Staff were good, the service was great, and the food service was very nice. Cleaning was excellent too.
