The staff were very polite and cooperative, and the service was very good. The rooms are big and have all the other facilities. I’m very satisfied with the hotel.

We’ve visited the restaurant several times, and both the food and service were excellent. For our niece’s birthday celebration, they handled the decoration and food, and the overall experience was good. I’d recommend the place for a small to medium function. They could improve event management, though, including the service level and letting customers know proactively when there’s a delay in availability or a venue change, instead of leaving them to find out at the last moment.

The staff, food, cleanliness, room, service, and even the tariff were all far better than I expected. I’m from Bihar, so I can say confidently this is one of the best hotels in the state, if not the best. I loved staying here and strongly recommend it.

The rooms themselves were good, but we had a terrible night. After traveling all day, I checked in with my family hoping to rest, but the power was out all night and even the fan wasn’t working by morning. There was no water either, and the room phone wouldn’t connect to reception. The lift was down, so I walked down three floors to wake the receptionist, who started the generator for a few minutes. Ten to fifteen minutes later, I had to go down again because the water and electricity were gone, perhaps because the generator had been switched off. It was my first stay here, and a really bad experience.
