This place isn’t suitable for families. The balcony beside our room was piled with rubbish, including bottles, and the whole room was dusty. The bedsheet and washroom weren’t clean either. There was no hot water for bathing, the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the door lock and bathroom light were broken. We got no proper response. Worst hotel.
The bus station and food stalls are close by, and it’s a decent place to stay. The washrooms could have been cleaner, though.
Bedbugs and cockroaches were all over the floor and bedspread, and the hotel premises smelled bad. Hygiene was poor throughout, and the hospitality was awful. A complete waste of money, not even worth one star.
Rooms were clean, and the location is nice, especially if you need to be near PSK Malad. But when I came to book, the manager seemed less interested in making the booking than I was.
Prices seem to vary from one customer to another, and staff confuse customers to collect extra money. The place is unhygienic, the service is poor, and the price is high. No hot water either.
