Hotel Kandil By Oyo Rooms

The only good thing was that they had a room for me early in the morning. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the washroom was in poor shape: the basin had no pipe, the flush didn’t work, and the hand shower leaked. I had breakfast included, but didn’t feel like eating there. Not worth the money, so I rate it three stars.

This felt more like a bar with a few rooms upstairs for customers who’d passed out than a hotel. You can tell as soon as you reach reception, where all you see is cartons of alcohol. Everything about the rooms is messed up. Don’t take your family unless you want the shady 'Hotel Decent' vibe from the movie 'Jab we Met'. 😄😄

There was no hot water in the bathroom, and my experience at this oyo room was very bad. The bed was in bad shape, with black spots, and the sheets hadn’t been washed. I asked several times for clean sheets, but they said they hadn’t washed the bedsheets or towels. The towel I requested took two hours to arrive and was dirty too. Think carefully before booking if you’re staying with family.

We got there around 7:30 in the morning, before normal check-in, to ask about getting in early and any extra charge. The hotel was closed, and there was no way to contact the reception desk. Luckily we hadn’t booked, or we might have been stuck and lost money. Very unprofessional. I really wouldn’t recommend it.
