Rude people, such a bad experience 😡😡😡 There was water leaking, and even after asking twice, they didn't provide a towel or soap. They gave us one blanket for two people. When I asked for another, they were rude before eventually bringing one. They also said washing our inner garments wasn't allowed. Apparently they can provide poor service, but we're expected to do nothing except sleep there.

The owner was rude, and the washroom was in terrible, unhygienic condition. A lot needs to be improved.

Its location near Aurangabad (AWB) railway station is convenient, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, whether travelling alone or with friends or family. Don't be tempted by the low rates or the MMT Re.01/- booking option, because the rooms and toilets are in a very poor state and you'll be disappointed. The owner barely provides basic amenities, and staff mishandle guests with rude behavior and rough speech.

The surrounding climate is lovely, the people are supportive, and the service is good. It wasn't even too expensive. The hotel has parking, hot and cold water, an LED TV, and other facilities. It's near the Police station, so I felt safe and didn't worry about fraud. Best hotel I've stayed in, really superb.
