Opal Plaza was a comfortable, pleasant place to stay with my family. The staff were supportive and polite, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious enough for all of us, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. It's conveniently located for a stop while travelling towards Mahur or around Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The food was good too, and the stay felt like good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it for families.

We were happy with the service at this hotel. The staff were courteous, cooperative, and ready to help, which made our stay comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was included, and the fresh, tasty food made for a satisfying dining experience. The price felt reasonable for the service and facilities. Whenever our company staff visit Aurangabad, we've decided to stay here. Thanks for the warm hospitality! 👍💛

I had a satisfactory stay. The room was comfortable and kept in good condition, with decent cleanliness and the basic facilities available. Better ventilation and a bit more attention to housekeeping details would improve it.

Cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms gets into mine through the bathroom exhaust or ventilation, even when I switch off the exhaust fan. The smell is especially strong and unpleasant when I enter the room. Management should improve the ventilation and stop smoke from passing between rooms so guests can stay more comfortably.

Mr. Sachin was considerate and soft spoken, a real gentleman. The hotel is a budget place, so expecting a high level of service may be unreasonable, but they still need to get their breakfast service set up. Its location right on the main road is very convenient. I had a pleasant, convenient stay. Thank you.
