Hotel Regalia Retreat by OYO

We booked three rooms for one night. The hotel itself was clean and neat, but the toilets were so small they were hard to get into. We also had no hot water for bathing, apparently because more rooms were occupied than the water supply could properly serve. Hot water should be available around the clock. The worst part was trying to sleep. The restaurant is on the ground floor, and from about 11 or 11:30 pm until 3 am, we could clearly hear kitchen cleaning, dish and glass washing, sweeping, and workers shouting. Our rooms were on the first and second floors near the staircases, and we couldn’t sleep at all. There was also a banquet hall on the third floor with an event the next day. Staff arranged chairs and tables late at night, making more noise until 3:30 am. I went to reception at 2:30 am to complain. The receptionist said he’d tell them to stop, but the noise carried on for more than another hour. Since Dombivli isn’t a tourist or hangout destination, people from outside are likely there for functions or weddings, and getting sleep is a priority. We barely got any, and there was no hot water either. We had booked the free breakfast, but when we came down around 9 am there were no plates, spoons, or attendants. We had to go outside and call staff over. The breakfast was cold and the options limited, so I wouldn’t recommend choosing it. We asked about paid breakfast too, but were told the restaurant wouldn’t open until 11 am, when they could serve it. Overall, it wasn’t a good stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
