The guys were good, but the room was terrible, and so was the location. I'd especially avoid it if staying with women or family.

This is the worst hotel I've seen. The shower and flush in the washroom are broken, the bedsheets are dirty, and the staff have a bad attitude. They charge 150 for food that sells for 50. They forget about service, and when we call to have the room cleaned, it takes them anywhere from 1 to 30 minutes. There's no generator either, and they switch off the AC every hour. Disgusting.

Cockroaches in the washroom, and even a single service call takes about 30 minutes on average. Power backup takes more than 10 minutes to resume. The manager is arrogant and argues without accepting the problems. Very unprofessional and rude. There are plenty of good hotels in the same 1300-1500 range. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If negative ratings were an option, I'd choose one.

Uncooked meals, service slower than a tortoise, and the washrooms are awful. The staff are rude and mean, and their attitude is hard to understand. “Pathetic” sums up this hotel's hospitality. If you value yourself even 0.1%, please resist going here. 🙏

The room was unhygienic, with lakhs of cockroaches. The government should take action against them.
