The location is the one good point, and breakfast was good, though compulsory. But I wouldn't recommend staying here. We booked a couple of rooms and neither was in good shape. Standard rooms are big enough for two, but cleanliness was bad, so ask for toilet photos when booking. There's no ventilation and the rooms smell. The toilets were worse than public ones, with yellow, dirty bowls that wouldn't clear even after flushing. The bath area floods, there are no toiletries, the sliding bathroom doors hang when opening or closing, and the tiles look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Sheets and towels were dirty, the AC had an odd smell, and the cupboards had no locks. They advertise 24-hour check-in and check-out, but have different rules for cheaper bookings through Agoda or booking sites. They charge 2688/- for a standard room with this poor service. The owner doesn't seem concerned about the rooms, perhaps because business travelers stay and don't complain. Please check and double-check before booking, and don't trust the positive reviews.

Mr. Kiran made my visit to Hotel Raviraj pleasant with his attentive, professional service and warm hospitality. He's a real asset to the hotel. The food was good, and so was the hotel's general look and feel.

We had good hospitality and found the location easy to reach. The 24-hour check-in cycle is the best part of the deal. Book directly with them for a good tariff that stays the same throughout the year.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Raviraj. Our family suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and lavish, and having two separate washrooms worked perfectly with our teenage kids. After searching many places on Google, we found this spot and are sharing our experience to help other families find an authentic place. The food was tasty, hygienic and delicious, and the staff were friendly, honest and polite. The location is great for getting around the city and visiting nearby tourist places like Ellora, ghrishneshwar and Devgiri fort. We enjoyed this beautiful place. Thank you ☺️

It's a quiet place when you shut the balcony door, and the service was good. The rooms are large, clean and free of foul smells, with cupboards for storage in the executive room. Breakfast had tasty choices each day, including egg, poha, upama, idali, dosa, tea and toast. The restaurant also serves good food. A prime, central location for a holiday and for visiting tourist places in Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.
