Our family function was a mess. The food arrived cold, 2 dishes were forgotten, and the starter came only after half the guests had finished lunch. The lift was out of order, so many elderly guests couldn't make it to the function, and everyone else had to climb 3 floors. The microphone in the hall didn't work either. On top of that, the person at the front desk was rude and no help at all. They made no effort to sort anything out. Think twice before booking here.

The banquet hall worked well for my baby boy's naming ceremony. The hotel had a lovely ambiance, the service was exceptional, and the staff were very polite. Food kept coming out fresh. Thanks to Mr. Pramod and Team.

We held an event here for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The event spaces were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Mr. Biswas and promod were especially polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. I'd recommend it for events, business trips, or family stays.
