My two-day stay at GREEN VALLEY was a nightmare. I’d paid in advance, so I was stuck there, and ended up ordering from swigy zomato just to get food. Even after repeated calls, they wouldn’t bring drinking water. The room phone didn’t help either: the counter didn’t answer the landline, and sometimes they’d lift the receiver and leave it aside so no calls could get through. The room itself was dirty, with unwashed sheets and a hard bed. The doors were poorly maintained, and you have to carry your own luggage. Staff had no smile and kept asking whether someone else was with you or might come later, even after I repeatedly said no. Food was another problem. After reminders by phone, there was still no response. If you booked breakfast, don’t expect much: the same outdated food every day, with no taste, salt, or softness. Rice quality was terrible, and the hotel had no proper cutlery, just a poor quality spoon and one plate for everything. They provide practically no service. I saw other guests leave after complaining too. This was the worst hotel of my life. Don’t make my mistake and book it, even by accident. The name sounds grand, but the reality is disappointing.

My parents and children were left waiting outside while the hotel demanded full payment before check-in, a condition that had never been mentioned in the terms and conditions. We eventually had to go to the police station for an emergency inquiry because of the hotel’s unethical and possibly illegal practices. Only after a senior police officer intervened did staff let us check in. The whole situation was unacceptable and unprofessional. This is the worst hotel I’ve encountered, and I’d give it a negative rating if I could. I strongly advise others to avoid it so they don’t go through the same distress.

Food places are within walking distance, and the property’s location is fine. But the room and bathroom had cockroaches, cleanliness overall was poor, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I’d call the stay average.

The hotel is on the main road, but the rooms were awful and smelled bad. The washroom was okay, though the bedding was dirty and spotty. Food and other things weren’t available, so we used Zomato. The lift wasn’t working during my visit.

The people here are kind and make the place feel homely. It’s comfortable and worth staying at for a modest price. The location suits anyone looking for somewhere quiet but still near the railway station, and there’s a parking lot if you need it.
