There’s no entry after 10:30 PM, and the manager wasn’t pleasant to deal with. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty, and the toilet flush didn’t work properly. Don’t waste your money booking this hotel.

The staff were so unhelpful. When I asked them to warm baby food for my infant, they flatly refused and left me to handle it myself. They showed no concern for our comfort or my family’s wellbeing, and there was no real customer service, empathy, or professionalism. That’s an unacceptable response to such a basic request, especially from a hotel. The place markets a sea view, but falls far below other hotels in the area. In my experience, it was a complete disgrace and felt like a scam. I’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world, and this was the worst one. Stay away. You’ll regret spending your time and money here, especially when there are dozens of better options nearby.

The room and washroom were very dirty and unhygienic. I asked the hotelier five times to change the bedsheet and pillow cover, but he wouldn’t do it. The fan had no regulator, and the price was very high for such terrible service. This was a third-class hotel and a total waste of money. Highly not recommended.

The rooms are small, but they’re good enough to stay in. You can order from their kitchen, and the food’s good. The veg noodles, dal fry, and bread toast were especially nice. All the staff are kind and helpful around the clock.
