When we checked in, we agreed on a price for a three-day stay but paid for two days. We said we’d pay for the third on its morning, and the manager agreed that we could remind him and pay then. On the third day, though, he told us to leave that morning. When we reminded him of our agreement, he said he didn’t know and it was our problem. He also claimed he hadn’t taken any money from us on the first day, and that we hadn’t paid for the room. The manager had used the money we gave him for his own purposes, and on the third day they demanded five times what we paid on the first. How can the owner keep staff who treat guests this way? Do you think this is good behavior? It left us with a terrible feeling about the hotel. Guys, after this kind of treatment, would you like this hotel?

There are no windows in the room for ventilation. Booking. Com associates show you nice photographs and claim there’s a balcony, but the actual room isn’t the same. Then they won’t refund your booking money. Ms. Riya from booking.com is a cheater. She fools customers and stops taking their calls once they’ve paid.

The location is awesome, just 50m from the beach, and there’s parking space too. The rooms are below average, though, with issues like mosquitoes and water leaking from the AC.

The room we were moved to on the second day had a damaged TV too. The first room had no TV, despite the booking mentioning one, and water from the AC dripped onto the bed. The bathroom was unclean, and broken switches with exposed wires felt dangerous. Easily my worst stay. Don’t spend your money or vacation here.
