The hotel and its rooms didn't look like the pictures, and the way they treated me was extremely bad. I booked 20 days ahead and confirmed that morning, but when I arrived they said every room was taken and told me to contact the online service. Agoda didn't help either. They only said the room was confirmed and told me to go to the hotel. They refused to let me stay.

After two hours, he moved me to another hotel, more than 4 km from Viswanath hotel. When I first arrived, they didn't provide the same hotel I'd booked and the hotel authority told me to go elsewhere. A completely horrible experience. I don't recommend this hotel.
