The rooms were in poor condition, especially the toilet, AC, window, and balcony, and there was no Wi-Fi. Most of the staff, including reception and restaurant workers, were very rude. The hotel's Gondhoraj restaurant served horrible food and was stubborn about meal times. They still pushed us to order from Gondhoraj, then made a scene and treated us harshly when we brought food from other good restaurants. The manager tried to apologize for the staff's behavior, but the words had already been said. If you want a decent, peaceful stay in Puri, don't choose this so-called "hotel".

There's an attached restaurant, which is an extra convenience. Food is also available outside the hotel in the morning and evening at reasonable prices. The location is very good, just 2 to 3 minits from the beach ⛱️.

There wasn't proper parking for a two-wheeler, and food delivery took over half an hour. We left the used plates outside as instructed, but they weren't picked up for another six hours. The room wasn't clean when we checked in, and for the price, the service and location didn't feel worth it. Lighting was poor, and the geyser took staff over 30 minutes to get working. Even after it ran for 15 minutes, the water was only lukewarm. The landline never worked. Staff walked through the room in slippers while fixing things, leaving the floor and bathroom dirty. Basic courtesy and hygiene seemed to be missing. Not recommanded!

The rooms were well maintained and all the staff behaved well. But the HOTEL PANDA behaved very badly, so I suggest you don't hire a HOTEL PANDA.
