The staff and manager were pleasant, and the rooms were kept clean by the sweeper in both the morning and afternoon. Some parts of the rooms are damp, though it didn’t cause any problems. You can choose AC or non-AC rooms at an affordable price, and it’s pet friendly. Room service is available too. The restaurant is a little costly, perhaps because few people eat there, but kids eat free if you order your food from that restaurant. It’s a five-storey hotel near new kakatua restaurant, about a 10 minute walk from Swargadwar. The local market is nearby, and the beach is also a 10 minute walk away. There’s a medicine shop and tea shop right outside. The website has a mobile number to contact them. I’d suggest booking directly with the hotel instead of using a third-party site. A reasonable choice for a family on a medium budget.

The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, and the food was pathetic. A waste of money. I’d never recommend this hotel.

Check-in took more than an hour, even though we’d booked online. The rooms stank, the food was useless, and the restaurant owner behaved very badly.

The rooms are okay, and there’s a lift. It’s good value for money in a good location, just 450 meter from the beach.
