At night around 3 am, the AC stopped working and all the lights were dim. We called reception, but the guy said the electrician wouldn’t come at that hour and we’d have to wait another four hours. After more arguing, I said I’d post poor reviews, and then he called the electrician. Breakfast was another mess. We were told it wasn’t included, even though the booking.com app showed breakfast booked for all four rooms. Customer care said our call had gone to OYO customer care and told us to call booking.com. This was the same number that had handled our electricity complaint earlier, but now they wouldn’t deal with the breakfast issue. We gave up and ate outside. When we complained to the reception guy that the place was dirty, he was super rude and said, “If you don't want to stay please leave.” He brought two bottles of normal water and said that was what their policy provided. After a lot of arguing, he finally gave us a bottle of packed mineral water. The place itself is more like a cheap lodge than a hotel. We booked through booking.com after seeing room photos that looked decent, but the rooms were nothing like them. The rooms and bathrooms had no maintenance, and the surroundings felt like a third-class lodge where you’d get a room for 500Rs. booking.com customer care was as pathetic as the reception guy when we contacted them. Please stay away if you don’t want your trip spoiled. We had the worst experience of our life.

Even after we repeatedly asked for a first-floor room for my parents, who have knee problems, they gave us a room on the second floor. The hotel was very economical and most of the service was very good. The attached restaurant has very few food choices, though what they served was good and the service there was great. Our stay was okay overall, but there’s plenty of room for improvement.

A very bad experience. The TV didn’t work, and none of the lights or appliances worked.

The room was so smelly. I took two rooms with four double beds, and it cost me 4500₹ a day. The location is quite amazing, with both the market and the beach nearby. The temple is 3km away.
