We booked three rooms for three days at The Biswalaxmi Inn, from 6th to 9th November 2025, and the stay was a huge disappointment. The manager was rude and unprofessional, demanding extra money for nearly everything instead of fixing problems. Service was poor, and staff seemed careless and unresponsive. The rooms weren't maintained properly, and the sheets were torn and stained, as shown in the attached photo. We repeatedly asked for clean ones but never got fresh sheets. Basic hygiene was ignored. For what we paid, the facilities and service were far below expectations. There are better nearby options with cleaner rooms and more respectful service. I wouldn't recommend The Biswalaxmi Inn.

We stayed at the Bishwalaxmi Inn in Puri from December 27th to December 29th. The rooms felt a bit small for the price, but they were tidy and clean, as were the bathrooms. Staff were helpful and very well behaved. Thanks, Bishwalaxmi Inn.

Be cautious before paying. They may keep your money and refuse to return it if the room doesn't suit you. The hotel is in a premium location, but the rooms aren't good and there are no lifts.

A nice hotel in a nice location. We had a very good experience, and the service and staff were very good. The managers were good to us too.

Very poor staff behavior and bad service, felt like a total waste of money. There's no lift, no water, the AC doesn't work properly, and the manager is very rude and unprofessional. No cleaning was done and they didn't provide fresh sheets. The manager keeps asking for extra money. Beware.
