The location is quite good, but the room standard and service quality were average. Staff behavior wasn't up to the mark.

The hotel was decent and the decoration was good, but the rooms felt cramped. There was no dustbin, and the balcony was a bit clumsy and dirty. We didn't know it was a pure vegetarian hotel, so we had some trouble with the food.

After paying the booking amount, the manager cancels the room with some childish excuses, even though the booking agent first says it’s confirmed. They’re running a new money looting scheme. Please don’t book this fake hotel.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but the experience was disappointing. During booking on booking.com, they asked for an advance amount that hadn't been mentioned there. Then the hotel cancelled the booking, saying the room was sold.

Very, very bad experience with agoda site. It feels like a fraud scheme. The agent asked us to pay in advance, and when we reached the hotel, the booking had been automatically cancelled. Please don't book with agoda or goroomgo pvt ltd company.
