Hotel Rupashree Bangala

I booked a Super Deluxe Sea-Facing Room, and the promises didn't match what I got. There was no balcony, and the so-called sea view looked out at the back of another hotel. I was also told there was a swimming pool, but it was at another property. The room TV was just for showcase, with the wires not even connected. Staff said that was how it was, even when I offered to pay to recharge it for my son. The bathroom had no water when we arrived. Staff brought up two buckets that looked and felt full of beach sand, leaving me no way to get clean. They promised water by 6:00 AM for my temple visit, but it never came. Then, an hour later, the water went out again while I was bathing my two-year-old son. He had shampoo in his hair and no water to rinse it off. The hotel also said on the phone that its lease ended in December 2024, yet it is still operating. After all these false promises, I felt the business was deceiving customers. Do not book here.

They don't provide basic things like towels or slippers, and the breakfast isn't good either. Never visit if you want a memorable trip.

None of the room categories had a balcony, and the sea view was mostly the back of another building through the window. They charged for one category but kept giving cheaper rooms. Just false promises from these scammers. One of the worst hotels in puri. Never book here.

Zero, zero, zero. My stay at Roopshree Bangla hotel left me extremely disappointed in the service, hospitality, and overall experience. The food was poor in taste and quality, didn't seem fresh, and didn't meet basic hygiene standards. It was served mid-night and was uncooked. Staff were unprofessional and unaccommodating, seeming indifferent rather than willing to address concerns. Basic requests were ignored or took far too long, and service was slow, inefficient, and unresponsive. There was no warmth or effort to make the stay comfortable, just a dismissive attitude. I had high expectations, but this was utterly disappointing. I hope they take the feedback seriously and make improvements so future guests don't face the same problems.
