I found used condoms in the washroom, which was awful. The receptionist was drunk and rude, and they even charged extra for a single bottle of water. Hygiene felt poor and the place didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend it for families or couples.

The food was the worst I’ve had, and the hospitality was just as bad. No one seemed to listen, and the service overall was very poor. The geyser wasn’t working properly, so only cold water came out. I had a really bad experience here.

The bed was reasonably comfortable and the air conditioning worked, but the rooms were basic, neither especially clean nor in terrible shape. This is more a place to sleep before heading out than somewhere to relax. I had to call twice for fresh towels, and they still took a while to arrive. Staff didn’t seem very responsive, and the hotel felt understaffed or poorly managed. I didn’t try the bar, and the restaurant food was hard to judge and not memorable, so I ate out most of the time. Hotel 7 Nights & Restaurant was an average stay for me, neither great nor awful. It may do for a short, budget stop if your expectations are modest, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay or if comfort, food, and service matter to you.

I didn’t feel safe there, with drunk people walking around the hotel and making a lot of noise. The room wasn’t clean, the TV didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi barely worked either. Even a bottle of water took at least an hour to arrive after ordering. The washroom leaked and had a broken flush. They provided no towel, soap, or other basics.
