Hotel Vaishnavi Heights

The buffet breakfast is one thing I'd skip. Room service or eating at the restaurants would be better. Otherwise, the rooms are excellent, prices are reasonable, the staff are courteous, and the food is good. It's easy to reach from the road and a great stop for people traveling from Kolkata toward Varanasi.

We had lots of fun swimming with friends after going to hotel vaishnavi for a photoshoot by the pool. The receptionist was helpful with suggestions and arranged a room at a basic cost. The rooms were beautiful at Rs. 2100, the food was delicious, and the staff helped with the service.

Newly built rooms had all the amenities and facilities, including suite rooms, and there's a swimming pool. The staff were professional. The hotel is well maintained and nicely built on the main road in Aurangabad Bihar. The front looked like a four star hotel, and the interior was awesome.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, which made even bathing inconvenient. The rooms were extremely dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. Staff were lazy and reluctant to deal with requests or complaints, and even simple questions were met with indifference. The owner was rude too, adding to an already very poor experience at Hotel Vaishnavi Heights. I would strongly advise people to avoid staying here. The dirty rooms, missing basic amenity, and poor service make it unsuitable for guests.
