I was really touched by the hospitality and would gladly come back. The hotel has improved a lot since before: the rooms have fresh paint, the bedsheets and towels are new, and room service is quick. The food is tasty too. Thank you for a lovely visit.

The rooms and bathrooms were awful, with no hygiene at all. This was the worst hotel I’ve seen. It wasn’t worth staying even for free, so I’d give it zero or less.

At 10 at night, hotel management told me to cancel my booking. Where was I meant to go at that hour? The place was already very untidy, with leaking bathroom taps and bedsheets that looked black, were unclean, and smelled bad. Cleartrip executives also hadn’t answered my calls for six hours, leaving me listening to answering machines.

I’ve just checked out of Vijay residency and feel good about the stay. The service was very good, and the cleaning staff did a great job. I felt comfortable here.

The rooms and bathrooms were terrible, with no hygiene. The worst hotel I’ve seen, not worth a single penny.
