I stayed at a nearby hotel while visiting for Maa Tara Puja, and the experience was peaceful and satisfying. Its convenient location made it easy to get to the temple and nearby prayer spots. The room was clean and comfortable for a short religious stay, with basic amenities and a calm place to rest after the rituals. Everything was well managed. The way manager Suman behaved changed drastically depending on whether the respected Police Officer was present. He was very rude when Sir was absent. I was charged the suite room price but given a delux room. There are other good hotels at the same location as Binapani, even if some people may find this one amazing. Watch how many bottles the service providers give you. They may charge extra for bottles you order when they haven’t given you the complementary ones. The manager, SUMAN, is arrogant. I’ll file a comsumer case over the unjustified amount charged on the food bills and make sure they pay. Please don’t rely on the good reviews. During check out they make sure guests rate them 5 stars and write a good review as part of their task. Read all the reviews and you’ll find genuine accounts mentioning the rude front desk team.
