Hotel Bihan Hospito India by OYO Rooms

I arrived exhausted from travelling and still had to spend about an hour at reception at 11 pm, calling customer care repeatedly before they would let me check in. I’d paid online, but they refused because my booking was under 1500, said I should have paid at the hotel, and tried to add enough to bring the final price to around 1500 per night. They only listened after OYO customer care called them and arranged extra money from their side. The room was awful once I finally got in. It hadn’t been cleaned, the washroom was filthy, the bedsheet was dirty, and there was a bleach smell everywhere. The AC didn’t work and looked as if it hadn’t been switched on in years. They advertise it as a 3-star hotel, but there was no towel, shop, handwash, or anything else, just a bed and a fan. Even the fan regulator didn’t work, so I could only switch it on or off. The listed price under 1K and 3-star ratings on different platforms are misleading. I’ll never book here again, and I’d tell others to avoid it.

The rooms and service were awful. Bedsheets were torn and dirty, and when I asked for a change, they brought another torn one. The staff were foolish, and hygiene was nonexistent.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, and a good atmosphere overall.

I really appreciate the staff at bihan hotel. They were good with guests, and bihan hotel itself is very nice.
