I appreciated being able to check in early, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a reasonable price for the value. At booking, I saw one double bed listed, but at check-in I was given a room with two separate single beds. That may not work for everyone, including couples, so clearer room allocation would help. It would also be more comfortable with basic in-room items like an electric kettle, tea or coffee kit, and shaving kit. My stay was satisfactory, and those small changes could improve it.

Check-in and checkout both went smoothly, and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and cooperative. Amisha and Harshita at the front desk were especially professional, sweet, and helpful. I was here for a company seminar. The meeting hall is nicely designed and has a 75 inch vu tv, yamaha sound, and a podium. The buffet lunch was very nice, and the staff were polite and supportive.

The hotel is very close to Patna junction and was a great budget find. The restaurant, buffet breakfast, and small event hall are unmatched, and the cleanliness is great. Everyone on staff was helpful, and management takes hospitality seriously. It feels like a safe environment since unmarried couples aren't allowed. I'd recommend it to corporate and family visitors.

Checkout was a bright spot. Ms. Harshita handled it quickly and smoothly, and her welcoming smile and manner made me forget the earlier trouble. Finding the hotel was a little difficult because of road work. At check-in, the reception manager wasn't sure of my booking and first assigned a double-bed room instead of the king or queen bed room I had booked. Even so, the stay at Hotel Buddha International was comfortable overall, and it ended up being a good experience.
