The bathroom washbasin had a minor issue, but everything else was quite good. Staff were helpful and just a call away. You can order food through the intercom, using 22 for reception or 26 for room service. They provide toiletries, towels, hangers, and whatever else you need. I appreciate their effort.

The prices are relatively low, and the staff and manager were kind, though they weren't always very competent. The hotel is well located in Patna, with parking inside and options outside. The large rooms and bathrooms are well furnished and fully equipped, with AC, a ventilator, hot water, a toilet hose, and paper.

The reception staff asked for extra money for a room after saying unmarried couples aren't allowed through online booking, even though the website says they are allowed. This feels like fraud. Many hotels in Patna do this, in my experience: if you call, they'll say no directly and ask for extra money for sure. Check guest profiles for the hotel on MakeMyTrip or another app, then call and confirm.

My friend came from Pune, and I put him up here. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, AC, geyser, and even mosquito repellent. A nice stay for an affordable price. ✨

Taps were broken, and things in the room and bathroom weren't working properly. Food also wasn't served on time. The hotel isn't maintained, the service was very bad, and the unprofessional behavior made for a terrible experience and a waste of money.
