Oyo Flagship 26480 Hotel Nisa

There was no TV or Wifi, and no water cooler, as they wanted guests to buy mineral water from them. The owner and manager behaved even worse, and the manager treated the other staff terribly. Staff didn't coordinate, either. After every shift change, someone else would ask me for payment. I stayed 7 days for the BPSC exam, but they charged me for 8 days. The receptionist didn't seem to know basic calculations. Checkout is 11 Am, but they charge by 24 hrs, so they just make the customer fool with extra charges. The hotel was the worst in Patna. Don't ever go there.

The WiFi was much better than I expected, and the staff behaved well. We paid 400 bucks for two people, so I'm judging the value for money with that in mind, not against a 3 or 5 star hotel. A couple of things to consider: there were no bathroom locks, and I have booked 2 rooms, one room's AC worked but didn't cool properly.

The food was good and reasonably priced, and the location is nice. Rooms are spacious, but the AC is of little use: the compressor runs only briefly, then it just blows as a fan. Management and cleanliness were average.

My wife and I got stuck in the lift, and the emergency button didn't work. We shouted for help, but nobody came for 15 min until another visitor noticed and told security. The AC also wasn't working properly. There was no food or water in the hotel, so you had to buy it outside. Breakfast was bread and tea, though they call it complimentary breakfast. At check-in they asked me to pay. That's never happened to me at any OYO hotel before, as I've always paid at checkout. Don't go here, believe me and save yourselves.
