SPOT ON 8003 Hotel New Akash

Getting in and checking out were both awful. The guard talks too much and shows guests no respect, while the owner doesn’t answer calls and is always busy, so there’s no quick help when you need something. Please don’t book here. I’m writing this because I know people look at Google reviews before choosing a hotel, and I’d like to spare them the same bitter experience.

I can’t put into words how bad they are. They lie, have no work ethics, and show no regard for customers. It was an extremely bad experience, and I’d never book here again. This hotel should be sealed and the people involved jailed. I’ll explain more about why in another review soon. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The room was dirty and full of mosquitoes, and they asked for extra money even though I’d booked online. Bad behavior too.

You can walk here from Patna junction in about 10 minutes. It’s also near Buddha smriti park, Mahavir mandir, several multiplexes and a mall. There was no disturbance during our stay, local ID couples are allowed, and I’d recommend it for couples. The hotel is very good and the staff behaved well.
