The food quality was excellent, and housekeeping and room service were always ready to help. The room amenities were great, and the rent felt low for the service provided. The front desk manager was there for suggestions or any other query. They welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar city. It’s good for families and business trips. THANK YOU TEAM AWAAS CORPORATE INN FOR YOUR "6 STAR" SERVICES. BEST OF LUCK FOR FUTURE.

There’s no lift, and with reception on the first floor, first timers may find the setup confusing. The room was a decent size for 2-3 people and had lots of windows for fresh air if you wanted to switch off the AC. The hotel is opposite Big Bazaar on Exhibition Road, 1.5 kms from Hanuman Mandir, with a rickshaw costing Rs.35. During IPL goCash fest, I booked an A.C Double room for Rs.870 and the manager upgraded it to Semi-Deluxe for free. There’s no restaurant, but the in-house kitchen brings tasty food to the room at a decent price.

Mishra ji, the owner, is approachable and will personally help with service issues. The place is clean and tidy, near Patna Junction on Exhibition Road and opposite Big Bazaar. The rooms are small and a bit cramped, and the service is informal.

The food was great, which is what earned the two stars. I had to stay because of work, though the old building converted into a hotel feels quite spooky, and the ambience is too.

A nice spot and I’d stay here again. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful.
