OYO 61768 Shangrila Executiv

I expected a better stay from the brand 'Shangrila'. The AC room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and made me feel nauseous. I asked the executive for another room, but he said this was the only one available, so I had to accept it after checking in at 04:30 in the morning with 2 kids. Towels and soap weren't provided until I asked, and the towel I got was rough and grey-black. When I requested drinking water, the executive said the hotel only had tap water and suggested buying bottles.

The owner Oves showed appealing pictures and promised something like a farmhouse villa, but what we got were ordinary city rooms with poor amenities. The photos didn't match reality and seemed to be a story to sell very cheap hotel rooms. This was one of the worst places in the city. Don't trust the owner.

Avoid this place, especially with family or friends. The rooms smelled bad and were filthy, with dirty sheets, pillows, and bathrooms. Cigarette butts were left in the rooms, water wasn't available when needed, and there was no hot water. The lift didn't work, and the hotel didn't provide rooms for 2days. The owners weren't around, the other people there were rude, and the front desk wasn't behaving properly. I also found no CCTV cameras. There was what I saw as illegal business involving couples being given rooms for bad purposes. The place felt unsafe and ruined our vacation.

The room smelled bad, the bed was filthy, and the bathroom had no window glass. I felt this place was unsafe and unhygienic, and it has a notorious reputation for illegal work. A very bad experience. Don't come here with family or friends. Hopeless.
