Hotel Janki Executive

The food was pathetic, and I was also charged for water I never took at Level 5 dining during my two-day stay. They made the bill without checking whether the bottle had been used, didn’t even give me glasses for water, and charged 40 rs for a 20 rs bottle. When I asked for the charge to be removed, they refused and claimed a printed bill couldn’t be edited, which is utterly false. I was forced to pay double the price for water I hadn’t taken.

We needed an extra mattress, but the one we received had torn, dirty linen. The smart lock keys didn’t work, and the congested rooms added to the poor service. There was no bucket or mug in the bathroom for bathing, and when we asked, staff refused to provide them. Not recommended.

Good tasting food, proper room service, and a nice hotel in a very good location.

From 4th May to 6th May, my family and I stayed here and booked two rooms. We were first given two small rooms on the 2nd floor, with tiny, smelly bathrooms, non-working ACs, and dirty linens. After we complained, they moved us to the 4th floor, where conditions were the same. After a long drive, we’d hoped to relax, but couldn’t. Eventually we got two rooms on the 3rd floor, but the keys didn’t work, so we had to call the front desk every time to get the doors opened. We paid for extra beds for two extra people and didn’t get them. The food quality was bad, and the breakfast area was hot. Mr. Zaheer wasn’t understanding at all and only seemed to care about money. I raised these issues with him at checkout in the morning, but he was snoring and I had to get security to wake him up. I also had to pay a bill for two water bottles even though it wasn’t signed. A very pathetic experience. We’ll never stay here again.
