The Wallflower Hotel

The bathroom was the worst part of my stay at Wallflower Hotel in Kota. The toilet smelled terrible, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time, and it made the whole room uncomfortable. The pictures make the place look decent, but the reality was disappointing. The room felt neglected, with dusty surfaces, stained bedsheets, and poor basic hygiene. Staff weren't much help either: simple requests took forever, and some came across as uninterested and unprofessional. Customer service is a basic expectation at a hotel, and this place fell short. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless there was no other choice.

Breakfast had plenty of variety, which made it a real bonus. The service here is remarkably quick, and the staff are both friendly and professional. Ms swati at the front office stood out in particular. She really deserves a promotion. I think this is the best property in kota.

The rooms feel luxurious and service comes quickly. Breakfast, though, didn't live up to the hotel's reputation, and I wasn't keen on the taste. Ordering from the menu was a different story, especially the crispy corn, which was excellent.

I'm back for a second stay, and it was just as wonderful an experience. The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are helpful. The hotel team and management are excellent too. Thanks, Hotel Wallflower!
