Hotel Tea County

The food was very good, and the staff and service were excellent. My room was clean, bright, and a decent size, with a TV and fridge. The bathroom was roomy and well kept too, with clean towels and the usual oral care and shaving sets. A nice, comfortable stay.

The food itself was good, with no complaints there. But our visit to the restaurant around 9 pm was upsetting. We ordered two drinks and a starter; the starter arrived first, then one drink about 10 minutes later and the other roughly 30 minutes after that. We let the delays go, since it was a busy day. As we were nearly done with the starter, though, our plates were suddenly taken without a proper check with us. We were stunned and felt humiliated, so we left without finishing our drinks. I’ve never had that happen before.

We spent five nights here as a family and would be glad to return. The rooms were extremely clean, and the helpful staff made the stay memorable. One small thing to improve: room service could check that everything is in order before guests arrive, instead of waiting for them to complain.

A relaxing, pleasant stay at Hotel Tea County. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff treated us courteously. Thanks for the warm welcome.
