Construction was going on during our stay, and the noise disturbed us. We should have been told about it when we enquired, but no one mentioned it. We could also clearly hear things like the TV in the next room because the soundproofing is poor. The rooms are very good, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, this may not suit you. Families with babies may find the noise issues unsuitable.

Coming all the way from Kenya to Pondicherry, I found staying at Le Sap one of my best experiences. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the rooms were fantastic. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the service was amazing. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pondicherry.

Right across from Serenity Beach, the place has a beautiful view that made our corporate group outing even more enjoyable. The owners, Gopi and his brother, made sure everything was taken care of, and the service was excellent. One of the best places for a group outing.

The sunrise view point was easy to reach from the hotel's location. I especially liked the stunning view and spacious bathroom, and room service was prompt. My room at LE Sap was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful from arrival, and check-in was smooth.
