We had a very upsetting experience with this hotel. My family was left dealing with a stressful situation at 2:54 am in shambhaji nagar, and the staff were not responsive. The hotel's condition was very poor, and I don't think OYO is checking the condition of the properties it lists. Please don't book this hotel. I would also be wary of booking it through OYO, since in my experience they didn't verify the place properly.

Nothing in the room we received looked like the photos online, and the rooms were not clean. The staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. The listing looked clean and appealing, but the actual place wasn't even 1% of what was shown. A really disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We didn't find the service good, and the rooms weren't properly clean. The hotel was also far from the railway station for us.

Please don't be swayed by the other pictures, they look fake. The rooms smelled bad, the bathrooms were dirty, and there was no water. Service was the worst, and the owner was awful too.

I found the hotel unsafe and vulnerable, and there were drunk people coming in to party. If you're traveling with any ladies, I strongly suggest you don't go there. The bedsheets and towels were used, the toilets were unhygienic, and there was no bath soap or decent service. There was no Wi-Fi either. OYO wouldn't take responsibility when I called their service, and the hotel's OYO manager was rude. There is no refund policy.
