Monarch Guestline Magarpatta

We came in late after a concert and ended up adding another night because the room was so clean and comfortable. The Android TV gave us access to the major OTT platforms, and breakfast came with good service. The coffee, medu vada, and desi macaroni pasta from the buffet were my favorites. Delicious breakfast and great value for money!

I came to Pune for an exam and stayed one night with my parents. The stay was quiet, which helped me study, and my parents enjoyed it too. Thank you, Monarch Guestline 🙏 The room was clean, with a comfy bed and pillows, and the bathroom was clean with a proper supply of hot water. The food was so delicious that I had to compliment the chef. Room service was responsible, and the staff were friendly. I’d first planned to stay near Pune Junction, but the reviews of nearby hotels mentioned awful problems, from dirty bathrooms, bedbugs, and cockroaches to no hot water, cameras in rooms, poor service, and staff ignoring guests. That pushed me to look near my exam center. The only “bad” review I found for this hotel was about the food, which seemed manageable compared with all of that. I liked staying here.

The staff are humble, and the breakfast menu is good. It’s a new, well-maintained property at a reasonable price, ideally placed for the southern business zones. There’s rooftop dining with a good view of the neighborhood.

The rooms are clean and the food is good, but the location made for a horrible stay. It’s next to the railway track, and the noise went on all night. It sounded like goods train coaches making noise during a brake check. I couldn’t sleep and can’t recommend it to business travelers. I’m surprised other people gave the location 4.5.
