Friends, this was my worst Pune trip experience. I'm an MMT platinum member and booked a Deluxe room online for 2700 rs, with all the essential amenities shown. On arrival, things were the complete opposite. The receptionist was very poor in manner, the lift and geyser didn't work, and there was no electric kettle or sleeper available. The towel was very dirty, there was no telephone, and the room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff, including the manager, weren't professional and didn't know how to treat guests. The complimentary breakfast was poor too. Simply put, calling it one of the worst hotels in Pune wouldn't be wrong. Friends, if you ever come here, don't stay at this hotel. You'll only regret it. My room had around 15 cockroaches, and the place had no cleanliness or decent ambience. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, at any price.

There was no electricity when I arrived after booking through Agoda. I asked reception whether the hotel was open, and they said they didn't know when power would return. Their generator wasn't working either, so I asked them to cancel the booking from their end. They told me to contact customer service for a cancellation and refund. When I did, the hotel denied the refund and said there hadn't been a power issue at my check-in time. Is that their idea of hospitality? I'll sue them in consumer court.

The location is superb, and the room is spacious, but the rest was something I had to manage. The cleanliness wasn't up to standard, the bedsheet wasn't properly cleaned, and the bathroom's hot water wasn't working. In the end, he also took away the bathtub. The experience wasn't good.

The overall ambience was very bad, and the service was terrible. Rooms were dirty and had cockroaches, the AC and TV weren't working properly, and the washroom doors didn't work right. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
