Shree Gajanan by OYO Rooms

They took my payment, then refused us at check-in, saying couples weren’t allowed. The online booking had said couples were allowed. My refund still hasn’t been initiated. The staff and owner are dishonest. Please don’t book here.

For exam takers or people working in town for a day, this place works for a full day or hourly stay. The staff are polite and supportive. From Cidco bus stand, it’s about a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by auto. I’d suggest going directly instead of booking online.

I’ve travelled a lot, but I’ve never come across a hotel or manager as useless as the one I found in Sambhaji nagar. They charged me 350 extra even though MakeMyTrip said early check-in up to 2 hours was available. The hotel has luggage rooms, but the manager’s rules meant we couldn’t leave our luggage there. The rooms weren’t proper, the bedsheets were dirty, and the washrooms weren’t clean. Don’t book this place, you’ll waste your money. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

The rooms were clean, and the service was okay. There’s no hot water, so it might be fine in summer. The hotel is quite far from the main chowk, Cidco, and getting a rickshaw from there is hard. You have to walk some distance.
