The staff were very helpful whenever we needed something, and our stay was comfortable. They have a tiffin system, so we got breakfast there. The dosa was literally so yummy. They didn't disturb us or ask for extra money. The hotel is a good option if you want to stay near the station. I hope they fix a few small things, like the very loose charging points, but I didn't find any other problems.
We went on 1st October. The hotel staff were very polite and arranged a scuity for us to ride. The bed was comfortable, the bedsheet was clean, and the washroom was good.
The rooms were awful and poorly maintained. There was broken glass, and the floor was so dirty it stuck to my feet. Nothing was comfortable. The price can go way up when you check in, so don't rely on the quoted amount. I wouldn't recommend this place, even as a last-minute option.
The rooms were like a public toilet, and the staff were awful. They harassed customers, while the owner had no manners. They demanded an extra 500 per person. Don't book this hotel.
The staff were great and cooperative, and the wifi was very good. The rooms were good too, though the bedsheets were dirty. There's a lift, and it's very close to the Vizag railway station, about 1 km away, which makes getting around by public transport easy. I'd give it 4.5 stars overall.
